You might be navigating

  • Career change
  • Burnout
  • Feeling stuck
  • Empty nesting

  • Grief or loss
  • Retirement
  • Health challenges
  • Growing older

Meet Suzanne

A thoughtful space
A human connection

Suzanne is a Positive Psychology Coach and creator of the Flourishing in Motion framework. Her work was shaped through years working across Health and Wellbeing coaching, and recently completing an EMCC accredited MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (MAPP-CP) where the theory illuminated and refined what years of lived experience and practice had already begun to reveal.

Suzanne brings together positive psychology, coaching psychology, movement, psychoeducation and immersion in natural environments to create calm, restorative spaces where people can think more clearly, reconnect with themselves and move forward with confidence.
